Inspect, measure and frame your model in real time. The viewer is the canvas next to the chat in every product workspace.

Projection
Perspective
Realistic depth with foreshortening. Best for general inspection and screenshots.
Orthographic
Parallel projection with no perspective distortion. Best for comparing dimensions and aligning features.
Switch from the Projection menu in the Action Bar.
Camera presets
The Camera Views menu in the Action Bar snaps the camera to one of six axis-aligned presets:

Bottom
Left
Right
Front
Back
Grid and axes
- • Toggle Grid shows or hides the reference grid.
- • Toggle Axes shows or hides the orientation gizmo (X red, Y green, Z blue).
Selection and inspection
Click any visible part, face or edge to select it. The selection feeds the bounding box readout and measurement tools in the Action Bar. Hide selected items to look at what's behind, then bring everything back with Show All.
Need to look inside the model? Use the Clipping Plane in the Action Bar to slice through without modifying geometry.
Units and conventions
- • Coordinate system: Z-up, right-handed — the same convention used by most CAD tools.
- • Display units: configurable per session in the Action Bar Settings menu — choose
mm,cmorinfor length, anddegorradfor angles. - • Underlying geometry: stored in model units; display unit changes do not alter the model.
