Upgrade, downgrade, manage payment, view invoices and buy refill packs — all from the in-app Billing page.

Where billing lives
Open Billing in the dashboard sidebar (or use the Manage Billing shortcut in the workspace product menu). The page shows your current plan with a tier badge — HOBBY for Free, PRO for Pro, BUSINESS for Business — plus the credit features included in your plan.
Upgrading from Free
On the Free plan the Billing page shows an Upgrade Plan button that takes you to the public Pricing page. From there, choose Pro or Business and complete checkout. Once you're subscribed you'll be redirected back to Billing.
Managing an active subscription
On Pro and Business, the Billing page shows two buttons:
- • Change Plan — opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can switch tier or interval.
- • Manage Payment — opens the same portal for card updates and other payment-method changes.
Both buttons take you to Stripe and bring you back to /dashboard/billing when you're done.
Monthly vs annual
The Billing page itself doesn't have a monthly/annual toggle — that switch is part of the Pricing page during initial signup, and the Stripe Customer Portal during subsequent changes. Annual billing carries a discount (about 10%) compared with monthly. See the Pricing page for current annual pricing.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancellations are handled in the Stripe Customer Portal. Click Change Plan on the Billing page, then choose to cancel inside the portal. Depending on whether you're on a monthly or annual plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Invoices
The Billing page lists your past invoices in a table. Each paid invoice has a View invoice link to the official Stripe-hosted invoice. If you don't have any yet, the table shows “No invoices yet”.
Refill packs
Refill packs are visible to Pro and Business subscribers only — they're not available on the Free plan. They let you buy more credits without changing your subscription.

Refill credits land in your bonus bucket and never expire. They're spent after your monthly plan credits.
After buying a pack
On return from checkout you'll see one of:
- • “Credits added to your account” — refill applied immediately.
- • “Your refill is being processed. Your credits will appear shortly.” — the webhook is still completing; refresh the page in a few seconds.
After checkout
After a subscription change, expect to briefly see “Activating your subscription” while the new plan and credits are applied. After a refill, you'll see “Adding your credits”. Both usually complete in a few seconds.
