Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of QuantCAD. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: May 6, 2026 • Version: 3.4
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE (READ THIS FIRST)
QuantCAD is a professional CAD and product design service intended for lawful, legitimate design and engineering purposes.
You may NOT use QuantCAD to design, create, modify, or facilitate weapons, explosives, illegal items, regulated or safety-critical products without proper authorization, or any content or activity intended to cause harm, evade safety controls, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations and, where required or appropriate under applicable law, report relevant activity to authorities.
1. Agreement and who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuantCAD website at www.quantcad.ai (the "Site") and the AI-powered CAD generation, conversational editing, exports, dashboards, collaboration tools, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is provided by ZeroEnd Technology AB ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company organized under the laws of Sweden, doing business under the brand QuantCAD. “QuantCAD” is a brand used by ZeroEnd Technology AB. It is not currently registered as a separate business name (bifirma) with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Registered address: Järpvägen 41B, 75653, Uppsala, Uppland, Sweden
Organization number (Bolagsverket): 559540-1224
VAT number (Skatteverket): SE559540122401
Geographic scope. The Service is currently offered only to users who create accounts while located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), subject always to export-control, sanctions, and other legal restrictions. The Service is not currently offered for new account creation to users located in the United States (US), Canada, Belarus, Russia, or Ukraine, or to any persons or entities subject to applicable EU, UK, US (including OFAC SDN), Canadian, or international sanctions.
US and Canada waitlist. We have prepared US- and Canada-specific legal notices for launch readiness and for public-site, cookie, waitlist, and marketing interactions, but US and Canadian visitors cannot create new QuantCAD accounts or buy self-serve plans yet. If you attempt to sign up from the US or Canada, you will be redirected to the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, grant access to the Service, reserve pricing, or form a contract for the paid or authenticated Service.
Enterprise / custom plans. Our Enterprise offering (custom plans, signed enterprise agreements, signed Data Processing Agreements, custom procurement) is currently offered only to customers in the EEA and UK. Enterprise, self-serve paid plans, and free authenticated accounts are not currently available for new users located in the US or Canada.
We enforce this geographic scope at the new-account boundary: if you attempt to create an account from outside our supported regions, or if we cannot reliably determine your location, your sign-up will be redirected to our waitlist instead. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not grant access to the Service, and does not form any contract for the Service. We use the email address you submit on the waitlist solely (i) to notify you if and when QuantCAD becomes available in your region, and (ii) for related transactional/operational messages about the waitlist itself. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails.
We may expand, narrow, or otherwise change the list of supported regions over time, including in response to changes in applicable law, sanctions, or our compliance posture. Any such change will be reflected on the waitlist page and in this section.
For clarity, existing accounts created while the holder was located in a supported region may remain accessible while the user travels, but access is not guaranteed and may be restricted where required by law, export controls, sanctions, fraud-prevention controls, security controls, or our compliance posture (see Section 17).
Region-specific provisions. Certain provisions of these Terms apply only to users or visitors in particular regions. The US and Canadian provisions below are included to cover public-site, cookie, waitlist, marketing, legal-notice, and future-launch interactions; they do not override the current US/Canada sign-up restriction above:
- US users — see Section 18.4 (governing law, AAA arbitration, class-action and jury-trial waiver), Section 17 (US export controls / OFAC), Section 6.8 (auto-renewal, FTC click-to-cancel, California Automatic Renewal Law), Section 21 (DMCA), and Section 4.1 (COPPA confirmation).
- Canadian users — see Section 18.5 (governing law, courts), Section 6.8 (Canadian consumer-protection auto-renewal disclosures), Section 10.3 (CASL — Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation), Section 22 (Quebec language and consumer-law notice), and Section 21 (DMCA, which we apply to all users globally).
- EEA / UK users — see Section 6.6 (consumer withdrawal summary), Section 16 (Digital Services Act where applicable), Section 18.2 (mandatory consumer rights), Section 18.3 (B2B disputes), and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By creating an account, clicking "I agree," purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.
US users — important for any future authenticated launch. If and when we open the Service to US account creation and you accept these Terms, you will specifically agree to Section 18.4 (binding individual arbitration on the rules of the American Arbitration Association, waiver of jury trial, and waiver of class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions), unless you opt out of arbitration in writing within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by following the procedure in Section 18.4(g). This notice does not grant current US sign-up access.
2. Definitions
For clarity, we use these definitions:
- Account: your user account for the Service.
- Credits: usage units that may be required to run certain operations (for example, generation/build operations).
- Input: information you submit to the Service, including prompts, specifications, files, messages, and other content.
- Output: results generated or returned by the Service based on your Inputs (including CAD models, meshes, exports, and related data).
- User Content: collectively, your Inputs and Outputs.
- Third-Party Services: products/services we integrate with or rely on (for example, payment processors, cloud hosting, authentication, and model providers).
3. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
3.1 Service changes
We continually evolve the Service. We may add, remove, modify, or suspend features, models, integrations, and limits (including credit pricing, credit costs, and credit grants) at any time.
3.2 Beta Service
QuantCAD is currently offered as a Beta service. This means the Service, including all features, functions, interfaces, models, workflows, exports, dashboards, APIs, and other components, is still under active development.
During the Beta phase:
- we are continuously rolling out updates, changes, improvements, fixes, and new or revised features;
- the Service may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, downtime, performance issues, unexpected behavior, data loss, data corruption, or data inconsistencies;
- features, functionality, limits, workflows, model behavior, outputs, file formats, pricing/credit rules, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice;
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, performance, accuracy, reliability, data preservation, or any particular current or final feature set; and
- your use of the Service during Beta is at your own sole discretion and risk.
We welcome user feedback about the Beta Service. If you provide feedback, we may use it to improve, test, maintain, and develop the Service as described in Section 7.5 and our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Terms changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example via the Site, your Account, or email). Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Past versions of these Terms are retained internally and are available on request via Support Ticket — select Legal.
4. Eligibility and Account responsibilities
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to minors. If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use the Service, even with parent or guardian consent.
United States — COPPA. The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506).
United States — California. Although the Service is not available to users under 18, if a California user under 18 has nevertheless publicly posted content through the Service, they may, in accordance with California Business and Professions Code §22581, request removal of that content via Support Ticket → Privacy & Compliance.
4.2 Account registration and security
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.3 Business and team accounts
If you invite other users or use the Service as part of a team or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that all invited users comply with these Terms and that you have appropriate internal agreements regarding ownership, confidentiality, and permitted use.
5. The Service (AI-powered CAD)
5.1 What QuantCAD does
QuantCAD uses software and AI systems to help you generate, iterate, and export 3D CAD models from natural language and other Inputs. Outputs may include parametric geometry, meshes, assemblies, files, and metadata.
5.2 AI limitations and your responsibility to validate
AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or non-compliant Outputs. You are solely responsible for:
- verifying Outputs (dimensions, tolerances, strength, fit, safety factors, manufacturability, compliance, and any required certifications),
- determining whether Outputs are appropriate for your intended use, and
- ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and third-party requirements.
5.3 No professional engineering, manufacturing, or safety advice
The Service does not provide professional engineering services, manufacturing advice, safety certification, legal advice, or regulatory compliance advice. Any guidance is informational only and must be reviewed by qualified professionals.
5.4 Exported Outputs, downstream systems, and physical products
Once you export, download, copy, share, modify, or otherwise use any Output outside the Service, including in your own CAD tools, databases, PLM/ERP/MES systems, documentation, manufacturing workflows, or customer deliverables, you are solely responsible for:
- engineering review, simulation, verification, validation, and testing;
- final dimensions, tolerances, material selection, safety factors, manufacturability, assembly, and quality control;
- product warnings, instructions, labeling, traceability, recall decisions, and post-market monitoring;
- any warranties, specifications, performance claims, safety claims, certifications, instructions, or other representations you make to customers, distributors, regulators, or other third parties about Outputs or any downstream product or system;
- determining whether any Output is suitable for prototyping, tooling, manufacturing, certification, sale, installation, or operation; and
- ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, certifications, and third-party requirements relating to any downstream use.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed enterprise agreement, we are not the designer of record, manufacturer, importer, distributor, installer, testing laboratory, notified body, certifier, or authorized representative for any physical product, component, assembly, packaging, documentation, or system that incorporates or relies on Outputs.
No Output, demo, documentation, support communication, sales communication, or other statement by us creates any professional engineering advice, certification, design approval, or warranty that an Output or downstream product is safe, defect-free, manufacturable, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose.
If you use Outputs in any commercial design, manufacturing, distribution, installation, or product-delivery activity, you are solely responsible for determining, obtaining, and maintaining any insurance appropriate to those activities, including product-liability, recall, or professional-indemnity coverage where appropriate.
5.5 High-risk and safety-critical uses are prohibited
You may not use the Service for high-risk or safety-critical applications where failure could reasonably lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage (including, without limitation, medical devices, aviation, nuclear, weapons systems, critical infrastructure, automated decision systems with legal or similarly significant effects, or practices prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act), unless we have expressly agreed in writing under an enterprise agreement that includes appropriate controls and the use is lawful.
5.6 Additional beta, experimental, or preview labels
In addition to the overall Beta status described in Section 3.2, specific features may also be marked as beta, experimental, preview, early access, or similar. Those features are provided “as is,” may change without notice, and may be withdrawn. Use them at your own risk.
6. Plans, billing, and Credits
6.1 Plans and fees
The Service may be offered under free plans, paid subscriptions, and/or enterprise arrangements. Plan details (features, limits, and pricing) are described on the Site and may change prospectively. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, changes to plan features, limits, credit grants, or pricing do not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.
6.2 Billing and renewals
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
6.3 Credits (usage units)
- Credits may be required to access or execute certain operations.
- Credit costs and rules (including whether credits roll over, caps, bonuses, and expirations) are determined by your plan and the rules displayed in the Service and/or on the pricing pages. We may change these rules prospectively.
- Credit balance cap. Each plan has a maximum credit balance you can hold at any one time (a “balance cap”). If you would receive credits (for example through a recurring monthly grant, a refill, a referral bonus, or another award) that would cause your balance to exceed your plan’s balance cap, the excess is not added to your balance and is forfeited. The balance cap applicable to your plan is shown on the pricing pages and/or in your Account, and may differ between free, paid, and enterprise plans.
- Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
- We may place temporary holds on credits while an operation is in progress and capture or release those holds depending on outcome.
- We may, at our discretion, refund or restore credits for failed operations; we are not required to do so unless mandated by law.
6.4 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account or billing settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the Service or required by law.
6.5 Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, required by an applicable consumer protection regime, or where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
6.6 EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (summary)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days. Where the purchase is for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or for digital services, and you request immediate access/performance during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins or is fully performed, and/or may owe charges for the portion of the Service provided, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. To exercise a withdrawal right, submit a Support Ticket → Billing or Legal before the withdrawal period expires. This summary does not limit your statutory rights.
6.7 Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, HST, PST, QST, and US state and local sales/use taxes) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges, except taxes based on our income. Where required, we (or our payment processor) will calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes based on your billing address; you authorize us to charge those amounts together with your subscription fees.
6.8 Auto-renewal disclosures (US and Canada)
This Section 6.8 applies to subscriptions purchased by users in the United States and Canada if and when we open self-serve purchases in those regions. We do not currently permit new US or Canadian users to create accounts or purchase subscriptions. This Section is included for launch readiness and does not grant current access.
- Recurring charges. Your subscription is automatic-renewing: it continues for successive billing periods (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected) and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at the start of each renewal term, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- Length of renewal term. The renewal term is the same length as the initial term you selected at checkout (e.g., one month for monthly plans, one year for annual plans), unless we notify you of a change in advance.
- Price. The current price for your plan is shown at checkout and in your account billing settings. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice (typically at least 30 days by email or in-product notice). If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Post-purchase confirmation (US). After purchase or any material change to your subscription, we will send you an acknowledgement email containing the renewal terms, the cancellation procedure, and a link to manage your subscription, in compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.) and similar laws in other states (including New York, Oregon, Vermont, Florida, Illinois, and others).
- Click-to-cancel. You can cancel your subscription online at any time from your account billing settings — no phone call, chat, or email is required. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the Service or required by law. This cancellation method is intended to satisfy the FTC "Click-to-Cancel" Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 425) and California ARL §17602(c).
- Free trials and introductory offers. If a free trial or introductory price applies, we will clearly disclose the trial duration, the date by which you must cancel to avoid being charged, and the price you will be charged after the trial. We will also provide an affirmative-consent step before converting a free trial to a paid subscription where required by law.
- Canadian consumer protection. Where applicable Canadian provincial consumer-protection law (for example, Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1) §214.1 et seq., Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and equivalents in other provinces) imposes additional disclosure or cancellation rights for distance/online consumer contracts, those rights apply in addition to this Section 6.8 and these Terms generally. Quebec consumers in particular have specific rights regarding the cancellation of distance contracts and the modification of services that we will honor.
- How to cancel. Cancel from your account billing settings or by submitting a Support Ticket → Billing. You will receive an email confirming cancellation.
7. User Content, ownership, and licenses
7.1 Your ownership of Inputs
As between you and us, you retain your rights in your Inputs.
7.2 Ownership of Outputs
As between you and us, subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in Outputs. This means you may use Outputs for lawful purposes, including commercial purposes, unless restricted by these Terms or by third-party rights.
Important: Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. Our assignment does not affect the rights of other users in their outputs or inputs.
Assignment of Outputs does not make us the designer of record, manufacturer, importer, distributor, installer, certifier, or authorized representative of any downstream product or system that incorporates or relies on those Outputs.
7.3 License you grant to us
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, cache, reproduce, transmit, display, and process User Content to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- generate Outputs based on your Inputs (including by sending Inputs to third-party AI providers via their APIs);
- provide collaboration features to users you authorize;
- enforce these Terms and prevent abuse; and
- improve, evaluate, and maintain the Service, including by improving safety classifiers, planners, and recipes, conducting human review (RLHF-style), debugging, and, for self-serve plans where permitted by law and not opted out, fine-tuning third-party AI models for accuracy, safety, and quality, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not own, build, or train our own large language models. Where User Content includes personal data and we use it for the activities above, we do so as controller on the basis described in our Privacy Policy. If we rely on legitimate interests, you may object under Article 21 GDPR / UK GDPR, and we will honor objections where required by law and as described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. Enterprise Customer Personal Data is not used for AI training or fine-tuning unless the customer expressly opts in in writing under an enterprise agreement or DPA.
We do not provide your private User Content to other users except as described in Section 7.4.
7.4 Public sharing, showcases, and community features (e.g., catalogs)
There are two ways your User Content may be made public:
-
User-initiated public sharing. If you choose to publish, share, or otherwise make User Content public (for example via a public catalog or community feature), you grant us an additional non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use that public User Content to operate, display, distribute, and promote the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to make such content public and to grant this license.
-
Free-tier public showcasing. If you use a free plan, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to publicly display the 3D Outputs generated through the free tier (including models and renders) along with the project name in our public catalog and other marketing materials, for the purposes of demonstrating the Service and supporting continued availability of the free tier. Where applicable law requires a separate disclosure, consent, or opt-in for this feature, we will provide it before showcasing.
- What we will publish: the generated 3D Output and the project name.
- What we will not intentionally publish: your name, email, profile photo, IP address, billing details, support correspondence, prompts/messages, or other account personal data.
- Avoid identifying project names: because the project name is published, do not use project names that contain personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or third-party proprietary information.
- Upgrade to remove: when you upgrade to a paid plan, we stop publicly displaying any of your Outputs and remove previously showcased entries from public view promptly (typically within 7 days).
- Removal on request: you can request removal of a specific showcased entry at any time via Support Ticket → Privacy & Compliance.
Except for the cases above, we do not publicly display private User Content without your permission.
7.5 Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other recommendations, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, without compensation, and without any confidentiality obligation.
7.6 Your responsibilities and warranties regarding User Content
You represent and warrant that:
- you have all rights necessary to provide your Inputs,
- your User Content and your use of the Service do not violate any applicable law or infringe any third-party rights, and
- you will not submit confidential information or personal data you do not have the right to share.
7.7 Confidential and sensitive information
The self-serve Service is not intended to be a repository for regulated secrets, export-controlled technical data, special-category personal data, children's data, or highly confidential business information unless you have independently determined that your use is lawful and appropriate. Do not submit information you are legally or contractually prohibited from sharing with us or our Third-Party Services. Enterprise confidentiality commitments, if any, must be in a signed enterprise agreement.
8. Intellectual property (our IP) and third-party rights
8.1 Our IP
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, models, algorithms, branding, interfaces, and documentation, except for User Content. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms.
8.2 Open-source components
The Service may include or rely on open-source software components. Each such component is licensed under its respective license terms (which may include MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, ISC, LGPL, or other licenses). To the extent there is a conflict between an open-source license and these Terms for the relevant open-source component, the open-source license governs that component. Required attribution and license notices are provided on our Open Source Notices page and within the application source bundle delivered to your browser.
8.3 Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. To report alleged infringement, contact us via Support Ticket and select Legal with sufficient information for us to investigate.
9. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
9.1 You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly
You agree not to misuse the Service, not to attempt to circumvent guardrails or restrictions, and not to use the Service in a manner that could cause harm.
9.2 Prohibited content and activities
You must NOT use the Service to:
- design, create, modify, or facilitate weapons, firearms, ammunition components, explosives, or instructions enabling their manufacture (including 3D-printable weapon parts);
- design illegal items or facilitate illegal activity (including burglary tools, counterfeit-related designs, or drug paraphernalia where unlawful);
- create content that promotes terrorism, violence, or harm to persons, animals, or property;
- create content that is hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, deceptive, or intended to facilitate fraud;
- create unlawful content or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
- use the Service for any practice prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act or equivalent AI-safety laws;
- produce surveillance, privacy-invasion, or unlawful tracking tools;
- engage in malware distribution, hacking, or security bypass; or
- use the Service for safety-critical or regulated purposes without proper certification and authorization.
9.3 Service abuse and security
You must NOT:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, system prompts, or underlying algorithms except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
- scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service except via authorized APIs and within rate limits;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or
- use automated systems in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or applicable limits.
9.4 Enforcement
We may investigate violations and take actions including removing content, limiting functionality, suspending or terminating Accounts, and contacting law enforcement where required or appropriate. We may use automated and human review to enforce these Terms.
To report abuse: use Report Abuse or submit a Support Ticket and select Report Abuse.
10. Privacy, data protection, and enterprise DPAs
10.1 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data. See Privacy Policy.
The public/marketing Site may use analytics and performance tools described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including Vercel Web Analytics for cookieless, aggregated/anonymized measurement of public-site traffic. These tools are used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site and are not used by us for behavioral advertising, sale, sharing, or cross-context targeted advertising.
10.2 Service improvement and AI fine-tuning
We use User Content (including prompts/messages and CAD files/Outputs) and usage data to maintain, protect, and improve the Service. This includes evaluating and improving our system prompts, planners, recipes, and safety classifiers; debugging and reliability work; human review of how the Service responds; and, for self-serve plans where permitted by law and not opted out, fine-tuning third-party AI models (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) for accuracy, safety, and quality. We do not own, build, or train our own large language models.
We do not allow other users to access your private projects unless you share them, but we process User Content internally and with our service providers for these purposes. Where this processing involves personal data and is based on legitimate interests, you may object under Article 21 GDPR / UK GDPR — see Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. We will not use Enterprise Customer Personal Data for AI training or fine-tuning unless the customer expressly opts in in writing.
If you have a signed enterprise agreement or DPA that addresses use of content for these purposes, that agreement controls in the event of conflict.
10.3 Marketing communications
You may opt in (typically via a checkbox at signup or in your account settings) to receive marketing newsletters from us. Marketing emails are sent via our marketing-email service provider, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email.
Service / transactional emails (for example billing, security alerts, system notices) are part of the Service and cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an account.
We may, in the future, conduct limited B2B sales outreach to business email addresses based on legitimate interests, in compliance with Swedish marketing rules and the ePrivacy Directive. Every such message will include an opt-out.
United States (CAN-SPAM Act). Marketing emails sent to US recipients comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713): every marketing email contains a clear and conspicuous identification that it is an advertisement, our valid postal address, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism that we honor within 10 business days.
Canada (CASL). Commercial electronic messages ("CEMs") sent to electronic addresses in Canada comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (S.C. 2010, c. 23):
- We send CEMs only on the basis of (i) express consent that you have given (for example by ticking an opt-in box at signup or in account settings), or (ii) limited implied consent in the narrow circumstances permitted by §10(9) CASL (such as during the 24-month period after you make a purchase from us, or where you have conspicuously published a business email address without a notice that you do not wish to receive CEMs).
- Every CEM contains our identification information, our mailing address, and an unsubscribe mechanism that takes effect without delay and in any event within 10 business days, in accordance with §6 CASL.
- Where express consent is required and you have not given it, we will not send CEMs to your Canadian electronic address.
10.4 Promotional drawings (giveaways)
We may from time to time run promotional drawings ("giveaways") for eligible users who are subscribed to our marketing newsletter — for example, a recurring drawing in which one subscriber per period receives a credit pack added to their QuantCAD account. Entry is automatic for eligible subscribers and no purchase or payment is required. Unless the Giveaway Terms state otherwise, giveaways are currently limited to eligible EEA/UK residents and are void in the United States and Canada. Eligibility, prize, drawing schedule, winner selection, and other rules are set out in the Giveaway Terms, which form part of these Terms with respect to the giveaway. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any giveaway at any time as described in those Giveaway Terms.
Promotional drawings are conducted as promotional lotteries under §6 of the Swedish Gambling Act (Spellagen 2018:1138) and as marketing activities under marknadsföringslagen 2008:486.
10.5 Enterprise data processing agreement
Our Enterprise offering — including the standard-form DPA, signed enterprise master agreement, custom procurement, and named-account sales support — is currently available only to customers in the EEA and UK (see Section 1, "Enterprise / custom plans"). Eligible Enterprise customers may request a DPA via Support Ticket and select Privacy & Compliance. The standard form of our enterprise DPA is published at Data Processing Agreement. If you have a signed DPA with us, it will control in the event of conflict regarding processing of personal data.
For US and Canadian visitors: the Privacy Policy, US State Privacy Notice, and Canadian Privacy Notice govern public-site, cookie, waitlist, marketing, and legal-notice interactions, but no separate DPA is offered and new US/Canadian account creation remains closed.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on Third-Party Services, including providers for hosting/CDN/edge routing, analytics (including Vercel Web Analytics), authentication, payments, email, workflow orchestration, sandbox compute, error monitoring, and AI processing. Your use of Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Third-Party Services, do not control their independent acts or omissions, and do not make warranties regarding them. Where a Third-Party Service acts as our processor/subprocessor, our Privacy Policy or applicable DPA describes the relevant safeguards; where a Third-Party Service acts as an independent controller (for example, some payment-processing activities), that provider is responsible for its own legal compliance.
12. Suspension, termination, and effect of termination
12.1 Term
These Terms apply while you use the Service.
12.2 Termination by you
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your Account and associated data, submit a Support Ticket → Privacy & Compliance. Account deletion is handled manually by our team so we can verify your identity, confirm the request, and coordinate the deletion across all connected systems (Stripe, authentication provider, storage, email platform). Deletion is subject to applicable retention obligations (including billing/tax records required under Swedish Bokföringslagen 1999:1078 Chapter 7 §2) and the technical constraints described in the Service or Privacy Policy. See Section 11 of the Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
12.3 Suspension/termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe:
- you violated these Terms or applicable law,
- your use poses a security risk, harms the Service, or could cause harm to others, or
- we must do so to comply with legal obligations.
We may also discontinue the Service, a plan, or a material feature for business or technical reasons with reasonable notice where practicable. During the Beta phase, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice as described in Section 3.2. We may suspend immediately without notice where delay would create legal, security, abuse, or safety risk.
12.4 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops. We may delete or anonymize User Content according to our retention policies and applicable law. Certain provisions survive termination, including (without limitation) IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and dispute resolution.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 3.2, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BETA SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT DATA WILL BE PRESERVED WITHOUT LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR INCONSISTENCY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SAFE, MANUFACTURABLE, COMPLIANT WITH ANY STANDARD, OR FREE OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS CLAIMS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR DESIGN FREEZE, PROTOTYPING, TOOLING, MANUFACTURING, ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, OPERATION, CERTIFICATION, DISTRIBUTION, SALE, OR ANY OTHER DOWNSTREAM USE IN A PHYSICAL PRODUCT OR SYSTEM.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY DECISION TO EXPORT, RELY ON, INTEGRATE, MANUFACTURE, OR COMMERCIALIZE OUTPUTS IS MADE BY YOU AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES, EUR 100).
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE DESIGN, REVIEW, TESTING, MANUFACTURE, ASSEMBLY, CERTIFICATION, LABELING, DOCUMENTATION, DISTRIBUTION, SALE, INSTALLATION, OPERATION, FAILURE, RECALL, OR OTHER DOWNSTREAM USE OF ANY PHYSICAL PRODUCT, COMPONENT, OR SYSTEM THAT INCORPORATES OR RELIES ON OUTPUTS.
THIS LIMITATION ALSO APPLIES TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE BETA STATUS OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUGS, ERRORS, DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, DATA CORRUPTION, DATA INCONSISTENCIES, PERFORMANCE ISSUES, UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR, OR FEATURE CHANGES, SUSPENSIONS, OR DISCONTINUATIONS.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, in many jurisdictions, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct).
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- your use of the Service,
- your User Content,
- any design, engineering, testing, manufacture, assembly, certification, labeling, marketing, distribution, sale, installation, operation, recall, or other downstream use of any physical product, component, assembly, or system that incorporates, is based on, or relies on User Content or Outputs,
- any warranty, specification, safety claim, certification claim, performance claim, or other representation made by you or on your behalf to any third party regarding User Content, Outputs, or any downstream product or system,
- your violation of these Terms, or
- your violation of any rights of another.
If you are a consumer, this Section applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law and only to claims caused by your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, willful misconduct, or negligence.
16. Digital Services Act (DSA) and content reporting (EEA)
If and to the extent applicable, we provide mechanisms to:
- report allegedly illegal content, abuse, or policy violations via Report Abuse or via Support Ticket by selecting Report Abuse; and
- request review of moderation decisions affecting your content or account by following the instructions in the notice we send you or by submitting a Support Ticket and clearly stating that you are appealing a moderation decision.
Our single point of contact for DSA-related notices is Support Ticket → Report Abuse or Legal; communications may be submitted in English or Swedish. We may request additional information to investigate a report or appeal. Reports and appeals are reviewed with human oversight where applicable, and we may uphold, modify, or reverse the original decision. Repetitive, abusive, or manifestly unfounded submissions may receive limited or no substantive response to the extent permitted by law.
17. Export controls and sanctions
You must comply with all applicable export controls and economic-sanctions laws, including:
- EU: Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (dual-use items) and Council Regulations adopting EU restrictive measures.
- UK: the Export Control Order 2008 and UK sanctions regulations administered by OFSI.
- United States: the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 C.F.R. §§ 730–774) administered by the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the economic-sanctions and trade-embargo programs administered by the US Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and country/region-based sanctions (currently, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine).
- Canada: the Export and Import Permits Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. E-19), the Special Economic Measures Act (S.C. 1992, c. 17), the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act, and Canadian sanctions regulations administered by Global Affairs Canada.
You represent and warrant that:
- you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the EU, UK, US, or Canada;
- you are not on any restricted-party list maintained by the EU, UK, US (including OFAC SDN, Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List, and the BIS Entity List/Denied Persons List), or Canada;
- you will not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Service or any Output to any prohibited country, person, or end use (including, without limitation, designs intended for nuclear, missile, chemical, biological weapons, or unsafeguarded military end use); and
- you will not provide access to the Service to any person who would be prohibited from using it under these export and sanctions laws.
We may suspend, terminate, or refuse access to the Service at any time and without liability if we reasonably believe continued access would violate or risk violation of any of these laws.
18. Dispute resolution and governing law
18.1 Governing law (default)
Unless Section 18.4 (US users) or Section 18.5 (Canadian users) applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
18.2 Consumer disputes (EEA / UK)
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have mandatory consumer rights and you may be able to bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
18.3 Business disputes — EEA / UK (B2B arbitration)
If you use the Service on behalf of a business established in the EEA or UK, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden, and the language shall be English. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a competent court.
18.4 United States users — binding individual arbitration, class-action waiver, governing law
This Section 18.4 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
(a) Scope. This Section 18.4 applies to you if you are a resident of the United States or accessed the Service from the United States when these Terms first applied to you.
(b) Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, are governed by the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice of law does not deprive US consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their state of residence where those protections cannot be waived. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16 ("FAA") governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
(c) Informal dispute resolution (mandatory pre-arbitration). Before initiating arbitration, you and we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days by sending a written Notice of Dispute to the other party. Your Notice must include your name, address, email, a description of the dispute, and the relief you seek. Send your Notice by submitting a Support Ticket → Legal, and by mail to: ZeroEnd Technology AB, Järpvägen 41B, 75653 Uppsala, Sweden. Statutes of limitation are tolled while the parties engage in this process. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court in lieu of arbitration if the claim qualifies and remains in that court.
(d) Binding individual arbitration. Except for matters described in Section 18.4(c) and (e), any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any aspect of your relationship with us — whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (for consumers) or Commercial Arbitration Rules (for businesses), except as modified by this Section 18.4. The AAA Rules are available at adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Wilmington, Delaware, and the proceedings will be in English. Hearings (if any) may be conducted by video, telephone, or document submission unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
(e) Exceptions. Notwithstanding Section 18.4(d), either party may: (i) bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction; (ii) seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop infringement or misappropriation of intellectual-property rights or violation of confidentiality; (iii) bring suit in court to compel arbitration or to enforce an arbitration award; and (iv) seek public injunctive relief under California law to the extent that right cannot lawfully be waived.
(f) Class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, representative-action waiver. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and we agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If a court decides that this paragraph is not enforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) shall be severed from arbitration and brought in court, while all other claims will continue in arbitration.
(g) Right to opt out of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement (Section 18.4(d)–(f)) by sending us written notice within 30 days of the date you first accept these Terms (or, for existing users, within 30 days of the date Section 18.4 first becomes effective for you). Your opt-out notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account, a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration, and your physical address. Send your opt-out via Support Ticket → Legal with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and by mail to the address in Section 18.4(c). Opting out only affects this arbitration agreement; the rest of these Terms continues to apply.
(h) Mass-arbitration / batched proceedings. If 25 or more individuals submit Notices of Dispute through the same or coordinated counsel raising similar claims, the parties agree that the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (or any successor rules) shall govern those proceedings. The parties further agree that an initial set of bellwether arbitrations (no more than 10 per side, selected one each by the claimants and us) will proceed first; the remaining cases will be stayed pending the outcome of the bellwether arbitrations and any global mediation that follows. AAA filing fees and arbitrator compensation for mass-arbitration proceedings will be allocated as set forth in the AAA's Mass Arbitration Fee Schedule.
(i) Costs and fees. AAA filing fees and arbitrator compensation will be allocated in accordance with the AAA's then-current rules. We will pay the portion of any filing, administrative, or arbitrator fees that exceed what you would have paid to file an action in court for the same claim, where the AAA Rules so require. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees, except where a statute or contract provides otherwise.
(j) Severability of Section 18.4. Except as provided in Section 18.4(f), if any portion of this Section 18.4 is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
(k) 30-day modification notice. We will provide you at least 30 days' notice of any material change to this Section 18.4. If you do not agree to a change, you may reject it by sending us written notice via the Support Ticket channel within 30 days of the change taking effect; the prior version of Section 18.4 will continue to apply to disputes that arose before the change.
18.5 Canadian users — governing law and courts
(a) Scope. This Section 18.5 applies to you if you are a resident of Canada or accessed the Service from Canada when these Terms first applied to you.
(b) Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, are governed by the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — except that for residents of Quebec, mandatory provisions of Quebec law (including the Civil Code of Québec, the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1), the Charter of the French Language (CQLR c C-11), and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR c P-39.1, as amended by Law 25)) apply notwithstanding any other choice of law in this Section.
(c) Courts. Subject to Section 18.5(d), the courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in Toronto have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory provincial consumer-protection law gives a Canadian consumer the right to bring proceedings in their own province (in which case those rights apply).
(d) Quebec consumers — no waiver of Quebec consumer rights. For Quebec consumers, nothing in these Terms (including Section 14, Section 15, this Section 18.5, or any other limitation, exclusion, indemnity, or jurisdiction clause) operates to waive, exclude, or restrict any right granted by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code of Québec, or Law 25, where such waiver is prohibited by those statutes. To the extent any provision of these Terms is unenforceable against a Quebec consumer for that reason, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
(e) Class actions. Canadian consumer-protection laws — including in Quebec — do not permit pre-dispute mandatory arbitration or class-action waivers against consumers in many cases. Accordingly, we do not require Canadian users to arbitrate disputes or to waive their right to participate in class proceedings, except where permitted by applicable Canadian law. Business (B2B) Canadian users may, by separate written agreement, agree to arbitration of commercial disputes.
18.6 Other users
For users not covered by Sections 18.2–18.5, Sections 18.1 (Sweden law) and 18.3 (SCC arbitration where commercial) apply.
19. General terms
19.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced (including Privacy Policy) and any signed enterprise agreement/DPA, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
19.2 Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19.3 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
19.4 Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
19.5 No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
19.6 Notices
We may provide notices by posting in the Service, sending email to the address associated with your Account, or using another reasonable method. Legal notices to us must be submitted through Support Ticket → Legal and, where a statute requires paper notice, by mail to our registered address.
19.7 No third-party beneficiaries
Except for our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers where these Terms expressly protect them, these Terms do not create rights for third-party beneficiaries.
19.8 Order of precedence
If these Terms conflict with another online policy incorporated by reference, these Terms control for contractual matters unless the other policy states that it controls for its specific subject matter. A signed enterprise agreement or signed DPA controls over these online Terms to the extent of a direct conflict for the customer that signed it.
20. Contact

21. DMCA — copyright infringement notices (US, applied globally)
We maintain a copyright notice-and-takedown process modeled on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA"), and we apply DMCA-style notice-and-takedown to all users globally as a matter of platform policy.
To report alleged copyright infringement on the Service, send a written notification (a "DMCA Notice") to our copyright contact that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works);
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL within the Service);
- your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Copyright contact (US Copyright Office Designated Agent registration pending; submit during interim by Support Ticket):
- Submit DMCA Notices via: Support Ticket → Legal, with subject line "DMCA Notice"
- Mail (alternative): ZeroEnd Technology AB — Attn: Copyright Agent, Järpvägen 41B, 75653 Uppsala, Sweden
We are in the process of registering our Designated Agent with the US Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2)). Until that registration is complete, this interim notice process is a platform policy and should not be read as a representation that DMCA safe-harbor registration has been completed. Once registered, the Designated Agent's name and contact details will be published on our Legal Notices page and at dmca.copyright.gov/osp. Our DMCA policies and procedures are described in our standalone DMCA Policy.
Counter-notification. If material you posted is removed in response to a DMCA Notice, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). See our DMCA Policy for the required elements and process.
Repeat infringers. Consistent with our DMCA-style platform policy, we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
False notices. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA Notice or counter-notification may subject you to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
22. Quebec — language and consumer-law notice
Language. The English version of these Terms applies to all users. In accordance with the Charter of the French Language (CQLR c C-11) and its 2022 amendments ("Bill 96"), Quebec users have the right to receive these Terms and other adhesion contracts in French. A French version of our key legal documents (Terms, Privacy Policy, applicable notices) is available on request via Support Ticket → Legal while we complete our translation program.
Express agreement to English. By creating an account or otherwise accepting these Terms, a Quebec user who chooses to proceed in English thereby expressly agrees, as permitted by section 55 of the Charter as modified by Bill 96 in respect of contracts of adhesion, that this contract is drawn up in English only — provided that you have first been given the opportunity to receive a French version on request as described above. This express agreement does not waive any other right under Quebec law.
Quebec consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right granted to Quebec consumers by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1), the Civil Code of Québec, or the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR c P-39.1, as amended by Law 25). Any provision of these Terms that purports to do so is, to that extent, of no effect against a Quebec consumer.
Clauses externes. All policies and terms incorporated by reference into these Terms (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy embedded in Section 9, DMCA Policy, US State Privacy Notice, Canadian Privacy Notice, Giveaway Terms, and any signed enterprise DPA) are accessible to you at all times via the links provided herein, in compliance with article 1435 of the Civil Code of Québec.
