What you see on Dashboard
The page shows a paginated table of your products. Above the table there's a search field and a filter panel; the badge in the header tells you the total count of matching products. Use the sidebar to jump to New Product, Product Lifecycle, Traceability, Export Management, Usage or Billing.

Search and filters
Search
Type in the Find product… field at the top to search by product name. Search is case-insensitive and supports partial matches; results update as you type.
Filter by lifecycle
Open Filters → Lifecycle to narrow the list to a specific stage. Available stages match the Product Lifecycle board:
- • Draft — early ideas and work-in-progress concepts
- • Prototype In Work — actively being developed and iterated
- • In Review — locked for review and approval
- • Released — finalized for production
- • Obsolete — retired or no longer in use
Row menu
Click the chevron in the Menu column on any row to open the action dropdown. The available actions are:
Open
Opens the product workspace at /products/<id> so you can continue prompting and exploring revisions.
Properties
Opens a modal where you can edit the product's title and description, and view core metadata.
Properties modal
The Properties modal lets you change the displayed name and add an optional description (up to 300 characters). Both fields are useful for keeping a long list of products findable and self-explanatory.
Changing a product's lifecycle
Use the Change lifecycle dialog to move a product between stages. Each stage shows a colored dot in lists and badges so you can scan the dashboard at a glance. The full lifecycle workflow — including drag-and-drop on a Kanban board — is documented on the Product Lifecycle page.
