The Free plan is not a time-limited trial. A new account gets 5 credits a day, up to 25 credits a month during the first 2 months. New users also get a 5-credit bonus at signup, for up to 55 credits in total. Unused credits stay in your account. Free includes Build auto mode, and STEP and STL exports are never limited, watermarked or charged. Free has three limits: it runs limited and older AI models, which can reduce quality, accuracy and speed; Free projects may be shown in our public catalog and used to improve the product; and no new daily credits are added after the first 2 months. Pro and Business use the latest models and keep projects private.
No. You can sign up for the Free plan without a credit card, and a Free account is never charged. You only add a payment method if you choose Pro or Business.
No new daily credits are added, and the credits you have not used stay in your account. You can earn more by inviting friends: you get 10 credits when a friend you invited creates their first product, up to 200 credits in total, and your friend gets 10 credits at signup. Sending feedback earns up to 3 more credits. For new credits every month, upgrade to Pro or Business.
Credits are how QuantCAD measures usage. You use credits when you ask the AI a question or have it build or change a design. Small edits use only a few credits, while larger builds and whole assemblies use more. Viewing, measuring, switching versions and exporting STEP or STL files never use credits. The Usage page in your dashboard shows how every credit was spent. See what each prompt costs.
Yes. STEP and STL export are included on every plan, including Free, and exports are never limited, watermarked or charged. STEP files are written as AP242 in millimetres and open as solids in other CAD tools.
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Our Terms of Service assign to you any rights we have in the models you generate, so you can use them in commercial work. Exports have no watermarks. On the Free plan, your models and project names may be shown in our public catalog. Be sure to review the design since AI can make mistakes.
On Pro and Business, your projects are private. On the Free plan, your generated models and project names may appear in our public catalog and may be used to improve the product, but never your name, email or other personal details.
Yes, prices include VAT. You can pay in US dollars, euros or British pounds. Pro costs $29 a month, or $26 a month billed yearly. Business costs $59 a month, or $54 a month billed yearly. Checkout shows the currency and the final amount before you pay.
Yes. Unused plan credits roll over, and each month's new plan credits are added on top of what you have left. For example, if you have 40 Pro credits left when your next monthly credit cycle starts, you get 100 more and start the month with 140. Plan credits can build up to a maximum balance for your plan, and the limits are listed in our docs. Bonus credits from the signup bonus, refills, referrals and feedback never expire and don't count toward that maximum. New accounts on Free, Pro and Business also get onboarding credits: 5 credits a day, up to 25 a month, for the first 2 months after signup. See how rollover works.
No. The signup bonus, purchased refill credits, and credits earned from referrals or feedback all sit in your bonus balance and never expire. Bonus credits are spent after your monthly plan credits.
Pro and Business subscribers can buy a one-time refill at any time from the Billing page. Refill credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits. Refills are not available on the Free plan.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from the Billing page. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and the Billing page shows the date it ends.
Yes. Teams and Enterprise plans are set up with our sales team, and Pro and Business customers can add team features the same way. Team plans are priced per seat and include a shared team workspace, unified billing, and roles and access management.
